Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I run scans?

For SOC 2 compliance, we recommend running scans at least weekly. However, continuous monitoring (daily) is best practice to catch new vulnerabilities immediately.

Is the data stored securely?

Yes. All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.3. We are SOC 2 Type II compliant ourselves.

Can I export reports for my auditor?

Absolutely. You can export individual scan reports or a full "Audit Pack" containing all evidence and policies in a zip file.
